SHIPPING & RETURNS
You will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and your location. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order. There is no shipping cost applied for orders over 35€.
Once the order is prepared, shipping can take up to 3 business days in Lithuania, up to 10 business days to EU countries, and up to 15 business days to other countries worldwide.
For logistical reasons of COVID-19 shippings in some countries are not available at the moment.
Please note that you bear the risk for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us in 14 days since you received item. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in original packaging. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
The client shall inform us of the wishes to refund a specific item, then they must fill a specific refund request form, specifying the reason for the refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on location, the time, it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 35 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
